Platinum 950 is composed of 95% platinum and 5% of other Metals such as copper, iridium, palladium and ruthenium. It is harder than gold and Silver and achieves a very high gloss when polished. Since platinum is already very white and does not change color, this jewelry does not require additional rhodium plating, as is the case with silver and white gold jewelry.
