At 21DIAMONDS you pay securely, conveniently and free of fees. The transmission of your data is encrypted and cannot be read by outsiders. Your orders, your personal data such as your name, your address or your credit card details are protected by modern security systems. For the transmission of this data we use the Secure Socket Layer (SSL), a security standard that is supported by all Internet browsers. If, contrary to expectations, you are not satisfied with one of our products, we will of course refund your money immediately!

We offer the following payment options:

Payment via PayPal:

You can also pay us up to a purchase price of max. 8,000 euros via PayPal. In exceptional cases, the order value may be higher for particularly loyal or good customers (depending, among other things, on the return rate and payment history of previous orders). If you choose PayPal as your payment method, you will be redirected to PayPal at the end of the order process. If you are already a PayPal customer, you can log in there with your user data and confirm the payment. If you are new to PayPal, you can also register as a guest or open a PayPal account and then confirm the payment. As soon as we have received the payment, your delivery will be sent on its way.

If you pay an order via PayPal, you will always receive an order confirmation from us. Please note, however, that in rare cases there may be processing errors on the part of PayPal, over which we have no control.

Should you return goods, the amount will be credited back to your PayPal account.

Payment by credit card:

We accept MasterCard, Visa. Credit card information is not stored by 21DIAMONDS. In addition to the card number, validity and credit card company, we require the check digit of your credit card. The check digit is a three-digit number on your credit card that ensures payment security on the Internet. We charge your credit card with the invoice amount immediately after receipt of order.

Payment with SOFORT bank transfer:

With SOFORT Überweisung, you can easily pay us online without additional registration. During the secure payment process you use your previous online banking data. Through this payment method we receive a transaction confirmation and can therefore process your order immediately after the order without waiting for the transfer from the bank.

Payment in advance:

When ordering on prepayment, you will receive an e-mail after the order is completed, in which you will find our bank details. Also stated in this e-mail is the reason for payment, which you please state on your bank transfer. After the amount is received on our account, the production of your personal piece of jewelry begins, or your designer jewelry is sent to you.

Voucher conditions:

21DIAMONDS.co.uk runs different discount promotions. Therefore, please note the minimum order value and the period of validity for each voucher promotion. Unfortunately, it is not possible to extend a promotion or reactivate a voucher. The combination of several vouchers or discount codes is excluded.

Minimum order value means the total purchase value after deduction of possible returns or comparable credits.
