Order process

This is how you order at 21DIAMONDS:

1. Place your desired piece of jewellery in your shopping cart without obligation by clicking on "Add to cart".
2. You will find your selected products listed in the shopping cart. You can also delete items here.
3. If you would like to purchase the items in your shopping cart, click on "Checkout". This will take you to the registration.
4. In the registration you first enter your personal data, or log in if you are already registered. Once you are logged in, the order process starts.
5. In the order overview you can quickly and easily check your products (price, quantity, delivery time), as well as select the desired delivery address and payment method. If you have a voucher, please enter the code in the voucher field. Accept the privacy policy and the general terms and conditions and send your order.
6. You will receive the order confirmation by e-mail to your deposited e-mail address.
