1.  Fine Jewellery

• Production period:  Each piece of our fine jewelley is hand-made and takes approximately two to three weeks to manufacture.

• Mode of shipment: We send our fine jewellery with DHL International Shipping. We will e-mail you the DHL Tracking Code as soon as your jewellery is dispatched so that you can trace your shipment at all times.

• From order to receipt: The interval between the placement of your order and your receipt of goods is normally three weeks, although it may occasionally take up to four weeks. If your order is urgent, please notify us in advance; we will make every effort to treat it as such. For any queries please contact our Customer Service at customerservice@21DIAMONDS.co.uk.

2.  Designer and Fashion Jewellery.  

• All orders are sent as tracked packages from Germany with DHL Standard International Delivery.  Delivery time usually takes 3 - 5 working days, although this may be longer if we are out of stock of any product.  In this case, we will contact you to update you on the status of your order as soon as possible. 

3.  Shipping Costs and Locations.   

• Shipping Costs: no shipping costs - all orders have free delivery with 21DIAMONDS. 

• Delivery locations: we currently deliver to the UK and Channel Islands only, but please contact us if you have any particular delivery requests such as, for example, the Republic of Ireland.
