Payment is easy and convenient at 21DIAMONDS

Payment at  21DIAMONDS is safe, easy and does not entail additional charges. Personal data is encrypted before transmission; orders and personal data such as name, address and credit card numbers are protected by modern safety systems. We use the best possible security to protect your privacy by using a SSL (Secure Socket Layer) server certificate and a SSL server that encrypts your data online. 

Payment methods

21DIAMONDS accepts payment by Paypal and by credit card.  We accept American Express, MasterCard and Visa.  21DIAMONDS does not store any credit card data. In addition to the credit card number, date of expiration and name of credit card company, we also require the three-digit verification number on the back of your credit card which guarantees security for online payments.

Your debit or credit card will be charged following our acceptance of your order.   

Payment with a Qype Voucher

If you have any problems with a Qype voucher code please e-mail our customer service team explaining your problem and we will get back to you as soon as possile. Our e-mail address is customerservice@21DIAMONDS.co.uk. Please note that your voucher does not expire until 24/2/13.

Problems with Safari Internet Browser

Unfortunately, we have been having some issues with orders being made when using Safari as your internet browser. Our IT department is currently working to resolve this issue.
