Is it difficult to customize a piece of jewellery?

No - on the contrary, it is fun and easy to do. Start with the model you would like to customize, then choose your preferred metal and gemstones. You can make as many changes as you like before you finalize your design - try the customization process here.

What is my ring size?

Ring sizes are easy to determine - see our 'ring size' section. And if you are not certain, feel free to contact us for advice. Our jewellery experts are on hand to help by e-mail customerservice@21DIAMONDS.co.uk.

How can I be sure that 21DIAMONDS uses high-quality gemstones?

This is part of our guarantee. 21DIAMONDS only uses gemstones classified according to the CIBJO Blue Book. Plus, as members of the Responsible Jewellery Council, we are committed to abiding by its high standards of quality and sustainability.

How can I pay?

We accept Paypal, American Express, MasterCard and Visa.  There are no additional charges and they are safe, easy and convenient. The personal data you send us is encrypted and we use VeriSign®SSL (Secure Socket Layer) certificates for all transactions. We do not store personal credit card data.

 

Why is my  Qype voucher code not being accepted?

If you have any problems with a Qype voucher code please e-mail our customer service team explaining your problem and we will get back to you as soon as possile. Our e-mail address is customerservice@21DIAMONDS.co.uk. Please note that your voucher does not expire until 24/2/13.

 

Why is my payment not being processed when using Safari internet browser?

Unfortunately, we have been having some issues with orders being made when using Safari as your internet browser. Our IT department is currently working to resolve this issue. If possible, please try again with a different browser such as Google Chrome or Firefox.

  

Where is my order?

  • Fine Jewellery: we e-mail you updates on the progress of your order while it is being made. We will also e-mail you the DHL Tracking Code on the day your jewellery has been shipped so that you can check on the status of your shipment.
  • Designer and Fashion Jewellery: we usually post these items with 2 working days of receiving the order, and all orders are shipped by tracked post with DHL International Standard Delivery.

Where do you deliver?

We currently deliver only to the UK and Channel Islands, but please e-mail customerservice@21DIAMONDS.co.uk if you have any particular requests.

How high are the shipping costs?

Shipping to the UK and the Channel Islands is free.

How long does delivery take?

The interval from the placement of order to receipt of goods is generally 3 weeks.

What if the ring I ordered doesn't fit?

We offer one free alteration with every ring as part of our service. Simply return the ring after notifying us at customerservice@21DIAMONDS.co.uk.

How do I return an article?

It is free and easy to return an article.  Please refer to our Returns page here or sections 7 and 8 of our Terms and Conditions here.
